China reportedly has larger online population than the general population in the U.S.
It was said that, Broadband speed in China (the rate at which devices can access data from the Internet) appears to be behind the country’s rapid growth in online population South Korea has the fastest average broadband in the world at 15.7-Mbps; the U.S. is currently 12th at 6.7-Mbps.
Akamai State of the Internet reports that, the global average broadband speed is 2.6-Mbps. China is slightly below average at 2.07-Mbps, according to ChinaCache - a leading content delivery provider.
